LaunchPad is honored to support the transformative work happening at Caleb’s Ranch, a space dedicated to strengthening men, families, and communities across Texas. On March 15th, the Ranch hosted its annual MAN UP Weekend, drawing more than 120 minority men and young men for a powerful day of leadership development, growth, and brotherhood.

This year’s gathering included impactful speakers—among them David Contreras, who served as a guest presenter and encouraged attendees to lead with character, intention, and resilience. His message echoed a theme felt throughout the event: when good men lead, families thrive. Central to LaunchPad’s partnership with Caleb’s Ranch is our commitment to expanding the Ranch’s capacity to serve.

This year, LaunchPad funded and helped bring to life a newly constructed cabin—now known as the Contreras Cabin—designed to comfortably and safely house 10–12 individuals. In addition, LaunchPad also supported the development of the Contreras Kitchen, a dedicated space that enhances the Ranch’s ability to host, feed, and serve the men and families who participate in their programs.

These additions will allow more individuals and groups to benefit from the Ranch’s restorative programming throughout the year.

Caleb’s Ranch—led by Bishop Paul Ojeda and his dedicated team—continues to play a vital role in creating environments where personal growth, relational healing, and family strengthening can take root. We are grateful for the opportunity to invest in their vision and support the life-changing work taking place there.
