Partnering with Girl Scouts and NOWTX to Protect Texas Youth

At LaunchPad The Center, we believe every young person deserves the tools and support needed to stay safe and thrive.

Recently, LaunchPad joined leaders, advocates, and community partners at Girl Scouts of Central Texas in support of a new online safety initiative launched through Not on Our Watch TX, an initiative of Texas Women in Business in partnership with Girl Scouts of Central Texas and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.

The new curriculum and Girl Scout patch are designed to help girls recognize online grooming and manipulation, understand safe digital behavior, set healthy boundaries, and know when and how to ask for help.

This work matters. As young people spend more time online, providing education, awareness, and practical tools is essential to helping them navigate the digital world safely and confidently.
