The LaunchPad team is once again honored and excited to celebrate the true heroes of our community—our educators!

This year, for Teacher Appreciation Week, we are proud to recognize the incredible team at Success High School—a group of more than 25 dedicated teachers and counselors who pour their hearts into educating, mentoring, and inspiring students every single day.

As a small token of our deep appreciation, we’ve prepared a special gift for each member of the academic team. While no gesture could ever fully match the impact they make, we hope this brings a smile to their faces and reminds them just how valued they are—not only by their students, but by the entire community.
